All of the above insurance is to be placed with A.M. Said policies shall contain a "severability of <br /> interest" or "cross liability" clause without obligation for premium payment of the <br /> Owner. <br /> H. All policies shall provide for 30-days' notice to Owner prior to cancellation. <br /> 16.9 Electronic Mail Capabilities: <br /> The Architect must have electronic mail capabilities through the World Wide Web. It is <br /> the intention of the Owner to use electronic communication whenever possible for all <br /> projects. When possible, plans and specifications for review purposes will also be <br /> transmitted electronically to the Owner.
