The construction administration phase is given our full attention to <br /> ensure that the projects are completed expeditiously and in the manner intended. <br /> We provide administration of the construction contract including: <br /> • Advising and consulting with the City's administrative team <br /> • Meeting with governing agencies <br /> • Forwarding all owner instructions to the contractor <br /> • Review of shop drawings, samples, and other contractor submissions <br /> • Contract interpretation <br /> • Issuing certificates of payment and certificates of substantial completion <br /> • Preparing and issuing change orders <br /> On-site observation is provided throughout this phase as merited by the progress of the construction.
