City Attorney Ottinot said that Claudia will have to say which buildings, and have staff follow up. After discussion the Board said to let staff go through the buildings and let them proceed and present to the Historic Preservation Board. City Attorney Ottinot said we need to have specific instructions and we can follow through,name the buildings. If you want to take pictures,send them to City Liaison Hasbun and she will gather the pictures and send them to the City Clerk to forward them to the Historic Preservation Board but the Board members cannot talk about them until we have another meetine. Send your comments to City Liaison Hasbun. City Attorney Ottinot said then that all the members will take pictures,but make the assignment now. City Liaison Hasbun noted that the Golden Strand will be demolished, and the Board said to add the Golden Strand. Shari Blank moved and Arie Steiger seconded a motion to have City Liaison Hasbun put together photographs but limited to the Monaco, Thunderbird, Sahara, the camels, and the Golden Strand, and come back to the Board with a report. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0-2 [Loretta de Vries and Natalie Mineryina absent[ in favor. 7. Old Business. None 8. New Business. None 9.
