Chairperson Del Monico also <br /> mentioned that there were four major Architects working in this area, Giller, Polevitzky, <br /> Schoeppl, and Grossman, and asked for information such as why they are significant. She <br /> said that she understands that the University of Miami School of Architecture thinks that <br /> Ellen Wynne's home is significant enough that they are replicating it, and if that is the case, <br /> maybe we should be preserving it. <br /> • Time Capsule: Chairperson Del Monico congratulated Richard Schulman and David Udoff <br /> on the wonderful job they did on the City's Time Capsule. <br /> 8.
