Deputy City Attorney Amuchastegui said it may not be deterioration,just discolor of copper as it oxidizes, which is what historians want,but he will let the City Manager know. Shari Blank said she thinks they refurbished the roof last year. • Trina Duluc asked about the renovations at Samson Oceanfront Park and Deputy City Attorney Amuchastegui said for clarification purposes the portion of land that has been cordoned off, has not been sold. The City still owns that land and it is still a public Park. It is only a temporary construction measure. Cassey Gabor said she thinks the owner paid some money to fix the Park, and Deputy City Attorney Amuchastegui said he would have a report at the next meeting including a timeline. Administrative Assistant Kathryn McDonough noted that there is an article in the Sunny Isles Beach Sun about the Park. 6. New Business. None 7. Date and Time of Next Meeting.
