On behalf of the Applicant, we respectfully submit this revised <br /> Letter of Intent in connection with the Application to redevelop the Property with a beautiful <br /> residential project (`'Project") in the City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"). <br /> I. Requests: In accordance with Code, the Applicant respectfully requests the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Site plan approval adopting the plans entitled 17550 Collins Avenue ("Plans"), as <br /> prepared by the architecture firm of Revuelta Architecture International; <br /> 2. Approval of an increase in floor area ratio ("FAR") in accordance with Sections 265- <br /> 36.E.1.a-c of the Code utilizing the following bonuses: <br /> a. 0.4 — Enclosed Parking Bonus; <br /> b. 0.25 — Sunny Isles Beach Public Parking Bonus; <br /> c. 0.3 — Collins Avenue/Sunny Isles Boulevard Public Street Scape <br /> Enhancement Bonus. <br /> 3. Approval for the use of a mural and graphic design on a temporary construction <br /> fence in accordance with Section 265-63.3.G of the Code. <br /> II. Pro ject: The Project contains sixty-one (61) residential units and resident amenities <br /> (e.g., swimming pool, cabanas and spa)', a 5,717 square foot restaurant on the ground floor and a <br /> Mikva within an sixteen (16) story, 190' tower containing approximately 99,400 square feet of <br /> residential floor area.
