The City's Consultant stated that the overall <br />analysis and results of the traffic study are satisfactory and the City's Consultant does <br />not object to the conclusion made by the Applicant's Traffic Engineer as to the traffic <br />impact of the development project. However, The City's Consultant has reviewed the <br />submitted plans and requested compliance with Condition # 9 below and Applicant has <br />agreed to comply with such condition prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />2.
