8. ORDINANCES FOR SECOND READING (PUBLIC HEARINGS) <br /> 8A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br /> SECTION 33-103, "PERMANENT POINT OF SALES SIGNS IN THE RU-4 AND RU- <br /> 4A DISTRICTS"OF THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY CODE AS ADOPTED BY SECTION <br /> 8.3 OF THE CITY CHARTER, TO AMEND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR"DETACHED" <br /> SIGNS AND TO INCLUDE A SEPARATE CATEGORY TO BE ENTITLED <br /> "TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION SIGNS"; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER; <br /> PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> ACTION: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title of the proposed ordinance and announced <br /> the item was a public hearing.
