Contractor shall provide landscape maintenance, which shall begin immediately after each plant is <br />planted and continue until Final Acceptance. <br /> <br /> B. Landscape maintenance shall consist of pruning, watering, cultivating, weeding, mulching, <br />removal of dead material, repairing and replacing tree stakes, tightening and repairing guys, <br />resetting plants to proper grades and upright position, and furnishing and applying such treatments <br />as are necessary to keep plants free of insects and disease, and in a healthy growing condition. <br /> <br /> C. Contractor shall promptly replace Impaired or dead plants and shall not wait until the end of the <br />guarantee period to replace plants which have become unacceptable. <br /> <br />3.15 <br /> <br /> A. Contractor shall fill all pits and depressions in holding area and rough grade to meet surrounding <br />elevations. Remove any debris resulting from the planting process. <br /> <br /> B.
