ACI 347 - Recommended Practice For Concrete Formwork. <br /> <br />D. Florida Building Code. <br /> <br />1.04 DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />A. Design, engineer and construct formwork, shoring and bracing to conform to design and code <br />requirements; resultant concrete to conform to required shape, line and dimension. <br /> <br />1.05 SUBMITTALS FOR REVIEW: <br /> <br />A. Section 01300 - Submittals: Procedures for submittals. <br /> <br />B. Shop Drawings: Indicate pertinent dimensions, materials, bracing, and arrangement of joints and <br />ties. <br /> <br />1.06 QUALITY ASSURANCE: <br /> <br />A. Perform Work in accordance with ACI 347, 301 and 318, and Florida Building Code standards. <br />Maintain one copy of each document on site. <br /> <br />B. Design formwork under direct supervision of a Professional Engineer experienced in design of this <br />work and licensed in the State of Florida. <br /> <br />1.07 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />A. Conform to applicable code for design, fabrication, erection and removal of formwork. <br />
