Post Anchoring Grout: Non-shrink, non-metallic exterior grout. <br /> <br />E. Curing Compound: As recommended by repair mortar manufacturer. Compatible with subsequent <br />waterproof membranes, coatings and finishes. <br /> <br />F. Sealant: One-part, polyurethane sealant. <br /> <br />2.3 REINFORCEMENT MATERIALS: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Reinforcing Steel: ASTM A615, 60 ksi yield grade billet-steel deformed bars, unfinished with <br />rust-inhibitive coating. <br /> <br />B. Rust-Inhibitive Coating: Multi-component, moisture tolerant, epoxy-modified, cementitious rust- <br />inhibitive coating. <br /> <br />2.04 MIXING EPOXY ADHESIVES <br /> <br />: <br />A. Mix epoxy adhesives in accordance with manufacturer's instructions for purpose intended . <br /> <br />B. Mix components in clean equipment or containers. Conform to pot life and workability limits. <br /> <br />2.05 MIXING CEMENTITIOUS MATERIALS: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Mix cementitious mortar in accordance with manufacturer's instructions for purpose intended. <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 <br /> <br />EXAMINATION: <br />A. Verify that surfaces are ready to receive work. <br /> <br />B. Beginning of installation means acceptance of existing surfaces. <br /> <br />3.02 HURRICANE SHUTTER AND SLIDING GLASS DOOR REMOVAL AND REI NSTALLATION: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Inspect the hurricane shutters and sliding glass doors with the Owner and Engineer and record the <br />appearance and operating condition of the shutters and tracks. <br /> <br />B. Remove the hurricane shutters and sliding glass doors with care so as not to damage same. <br /> <br />C. Store on site as directed by the Owner. Tag shutters, tracks, doors and frames as necessary for <br />identification if not stored inside apartments. Protect from weathering and damage. Storage areas <br />will be on paved parking areas unless Owner and individual apartment owner permits storage <br />inside apartment. <br /> <br />D. Upon completion of the Work, reinstall hurricane shutters and sliding glass doors using stainless <br />steel fasteners with a one-part urethane sealant in pre- drilled holes. <br />
