Inject adhesive into prepared ports under pressure using equipment appropriate for particular <br />application. <br />B. Begin injection at port located at one end of crack and continue until adhesive appears in adjacent <br />entry port. Continue from port to port until entire crack is filled. <br /> <br />C. Remove temporary seal, entry ports and excess adhesive. Grind surface smooth. <br /> <br />D. Clean surfaces adjacent to repair and blend finish. <br /> <br />3.07 APPLICATION -CEMENTITIOUS MORTAR: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Apply scrub coat of neat mortar to SSD concrete surfaces. Provide full surface coverage. <br /> <br />B. Apply cementitious mortar by steel trowel to an average thickness of one inch. Tamp into place <br />filling voids at spalled areas. Work mix into honeycomb. Apply additional lifts as necessary. <br /> <br />C. Alternately, install forms and place cementitious mortar by pouring. Vibrate as necessary to <br />consolidate. <br /> <br />D. Damp cure cementitious mortar for four days or as per manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, <br />apply curing compound in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. <br /> <br />3.08 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Section 01400- Quality Control: Field inspection. <br /> <br />3.09 SCHEDULE <br /> <br />: <br />A. Concrete Member Spalls: Cementitious mortar with smooth trowel finish. Apply <br />painted stucco finish to match adjacent surfaces. <br />END OF SECTION
