SAMSON OCEANFRONT PARK <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES 01310-1 <br /> <br />SECTION 01310 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SCOPE <br /> <br />: <br /> A. Construction Progress Schedule: The Contractor shall submit a detailed work progress schedule showing <br />all work in a graphic format suitable for displaying scheduled and actual progress. The Engineer will <br />review and comment on the schedule. Upon agreement, the Contractor shall furnish the Engineer prints of <br />the accepted schedule. The Contractor shall not change the accepted work progress schedule without prior <br />concurrence of the Engineer. The schedule shall show actual progress and any proposed changes in the <br />schedule of the remaining work. <br /> <br />1.02 FORM OF SCHEDULES <br /> <br />: <br /> A. Prepare schedules as a horizontal bar chart with a separate bar for each major portion of the work or <br />operation. <br /> <br /> B. The schedule shall also show the work broken down as per the bid form with the dates work is expected to <br />begin and be completed. Sequence of listings shall be in the chronological order of the start of each item <br />of work. <br /> <br /> C. Scale and spacing shall allow space for notations and revisions. <br /> <br /> D. Sheet size: Multiple of 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches. <br /> <br />1.03 CONTENT OF SCHEDULES <br /> <br />: <br /> A. Construction Progress Schedule: <br /> 1. Show the complete sequence of construction. <br /> 2. Show the dates for the beginning and completion of each major element of construction. <br /> 3. Show projected percentage of completion for each item, as of the first day of each month. <br /> <br />1.04 PROGRESS REVISIONS <br /> <br />: <br /> A. Indicate progress of each activity to date of submission. <br /> <br /> B. Show changes occurring since previous submission of schedule. <br /> <br /> C. Provide a narrative report as needed to define: <br /> 1. Problem areas, anticipated delays, and the impact on the schedule. <br /> 2. Corrective action recommended, and its effect. <br /> <br />1.05 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORTS <br /> <br />: Construction progress reports shall consist of marked copies of <br />prints made from the accepted construction progress schedule, and a narrative report which shall include, but not <br />be limited to, the following: <br /> A. A description of current and anticipated delaying factors, if any. <br /> <br /> B. Impact of possible delaying factors. <br /> <br /> C. Proposed corrective actions.
