SAMSON OCEANFRONT PARK <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />DEMOLITION 02050-3 <br /> <br />B. The CONTRACTOR shall shore, brace and maintain existing structure(s) in a safe condition until <br />permanent supports are completed. <br /> <br />C. The CONTRACTOR shall repair all damage as a result of installation of shoring and bracing. <br /> <br />3.04 CLEANUP AND REPAIR <br /> <br />: <br />A. Upon completion of demolition work, the CONTRACTOR shall remove tools, equipment and <br />demolished materials from site; see SECTION 1.0 and 3.02 A and B of this specification. <br /> <br />B. The CONTRACTOR shall repair demolition performed in excess of that required and return <br />structures and surfaces to conditions existing prior to commencement of demolition work. The <br />CONTRACTOR shall repair adjacent construction or surfaces soiled or damaged by demolition work. <br /> <br />C. The CONTRACTOR shall remove or modify as indicated all existing construction within the <br />construction limits to the extent necessary to permit construction of the work. The CONTRACTOR <br />shall properly dispose of the material at an approved site according to the State, Federal and local <br />regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
