Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting October 15,2015 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> being that different stages, like the Mayor pointed out it was not occupied but issued,but the <br /> circumstances that it was, it could have been occupied. Secondly,for the renderings from the <br /> developer to the Association, until what point can the City revoke a CO after residents <br /> occupancy? City Attorney Ottinot said State law does not provide a time limit, however, it <br /> provides some criteria. Commissioner Aelion said the point being, three months into it,the <br /> building is 20% occupied already and functioning and then something happens, and City <br /> Attorney Ottinot said it depends on the criteria and circumstances, and to use discretion. <br /> Commissioner Goldman moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> proposed Ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 <br /> in favor.
