Safety Inspection Program <br /> ® SMG will employ an aggressive Safety Inspection Program, to include .formal bi-weekly and <br /> quarterly safety inspections of work areas. The Operations Manager will maintain overall <br /> ® responsibility for the Safety Inspection Program. <br /> ® e. 81-Weekly Safety Inspections � <br /> The Supervisor will conduct bi-weekly walk around inspections of the work areas. <br /> 0 f. Hazard Materials Communication <br /> .0 <br /> 0 All employees are trained in hazardous material handling and identification. SMG provides <br /> 0 training in regards to asbestos awareness and reporting. <br /> SMG fully complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200, Hazard Communication, and Florida's right- <br /> to-know statute. We maintain a written Ha and Communication Plan. Each <br /> ® new employee will be scheduled for Hazard Communication training as <br /> soon as practical and every employee will receive refresher training <br /> ® annually. Listings of all hazardous materials in use by SMG employees <br /> 0 (and the associated MSDS) will be provided to our clients prior to the <br /> beginning of the contract work schedule, along with the name of the SMG <br /> ® safety representative. This information will be maintained in the Project <br /> 0 Office and the various work areas, and will be kept current by SMG at ow o, <br /> ® corporate office. <br /> We will ensure that our personnel understand how to interpret Hazardous <br /> ® Materials Identification System (HMIS) labels.
