WHEREFORE, the petitioners demand that the City rescind its <br /> Land Development Regulations, as well as any other action taken <br /> with it, or subsequent_ to it, in accordance with it, including <br /> but not limited to any building permits , variances, site plan <br /> approvals, or any other relief provided by the Land Development <br /> regulations, as being inconsistent with the City' s Comprehensive <br /> Plan .
