Should one of the agencies request additional information or studies that were <br /> beyond the scope of this proposal (e.g. a nighttime light survey or design modifications that <br /> affect the permit), we will inform you that a modification in our scope and price may be <br /> required. <br /> The scope will include one site meeting with agency staff to review site conditions and <br /> proposed improvements. We will attempt to meet with both agencies during the meeting. If <br /> multiple inspections are necessary,this will be beyond the scope of services. <br /> VII.
