We are particularly pleased and proud to be able to bring to the Florida Riviera the <br /> next vision of the Chateau Group and Fortune International, which recently brought to the City <br /> the Ritz-Carlton Residences. <br /> The Property presently is known as "La Playa Varadero," and was constructed with a low <br /> rise condominium-hotel that was recently demolished. The Applicant has retained the world <br /> renowned architecture firm of UNStudio to design the development, as well as O'Donnell <br /> Dannwolf and Partners, Architects Inc., as architect of record, who have collectively designed <br /> award winning projects across the world. When completed, this development will consist of 432 <br /> residential units, 60 hotel units and 90 apartment-hotel units within two 649-foot high buildings. <br /> The development will include restaurants, spa, and a ball room as well as other luxurious <br /> amenities. In order to effectuate this proposal, the Applicant respectfully requests the following: <br /> 1. Site plan approval adopting the plans entitled "Varadero" as prepared by the <br /> architecture firm of O'Donnell Dannwolf and Partners,Architects Inc.; <br /> 2.
