This Certificate must outline The City as an additional insured and indicate <br /> that insurance coverage has been obtained, which meet the requirements as outlined <br /> below: <br /> 2.10.1 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br /> Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be offered in a form no more restrictive than <br /> the latest edition of the Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive <br /> endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office, and shall specifically include the <br /> following with minimum limits not less than those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability: <br /> • Premises and Operation; <br /> • Independent Contractors; <br /> • Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard; <br /> • Broad Form Property Damage; <br /> • Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including <br /> any hold harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach I ITB No. 15-12-02 11,: • - <br />
