A Resolution of the Local Planning Agency of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br /> Recommending to the City Commission of Sunny Isles Beach, the Ordinance Amending <br /> Section 265-21 of the City Code to Clarify that a Certificate of Occupancy May be Revoked <br /> sec-ated or Suspended by the City upon the Occurrence of Certain Conditions; Providing <br /> for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: [City Clerk's Note:Items 9C and 9C.1 were heard together.] City Clerk Hines read <br /> the title, and City Attorney Ottinot reported. <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution. City Attorney Ottinot said they can do two things: they can reapply, or <br /> they can appeal the decision through the administrative process to the City Commission. <br /> Mayor Scholl said it is final when revoked,and they must go through a process to get it back. <br /> Commissioner Aelion moved and Vice Mayor Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br /> Ordinance on second reading.
