A Resolution of the Local Planning Agency of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, <br /> Approving and Recommending to the City Commission of Sunny Isles Beach,the Ordinance <br /> Entitled "Small Scale Amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the City of Sunny Isles <br /> Beach Comprehensive Plan"; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: [City Clerk's Note:Items 9A and 9A.1 were heard together.] City Clerk Hines read <br /> the title, and Planning and Zoning Administrator Claudia Hasbun reported. <br /> Vice Mayor Gatto moved and Commissioner Levin seconded a motion to approve the <br /> resolution.
