Resolution No. 2015-2486 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 10E. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,Approving <br /> the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Action Labor Management d/b/a <br /> Staffing Connection for School Crossing Guard Services, in an Amount Not to Exceed <br /> $112,914.00, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Said <br /> Agreement; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this <br /> Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Police Captain Michael Grandinetti reported, <br /> noting that this would be the 4th and last extension to the Contract. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Vice Mayor Gatto moved and Commissioner Aelion seconded a motion to approve the <br /> • resolution. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Authorizing <br /> the Chief of Police, in Accordance with the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984,and <br /> in Accordance with Section 932.7055,F.S.,to Expend Partial Forfeiture Funds from the <br /> Department of Justice (DOJ) for the Purchase of a Laptop and Docking Station for the <br /> Police Marine Patrol Unit, Repair and Relocate the Marine Patrol Boat/Jet Dock to a New <br /> Location, and to Purchase 300 — 36" Orange Traffic Cones, in an Amount Not to Exceed <br /> $18,180.00; Providing for an Effective Date. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Police Captain Michael Grandinetti reported. <br /> Public Speakers: None <br /> Mayor Scholl said the one outcome of the Chateau incident was that we had to wait to get the <br /> cones to put down Collins Avenue,we did not have enough to split north/south traffic. One <br /> of the things he had said to Chief Maas was maybe we need some cones. Chief Maas said we <br /> can probably do the length of the City now. Vice Mayor Gatto asked where the boat is being <br /> moved to, it is where Winston Towers 300—400 is now, and Captain Grandinetti said it is <br /> staying at that same dock but moving west. Commissioner Levin asked where the cones will <br /> be stored and Captain Grandinetti said at the Public Works Department. <br /> 22 <br />
