<br />Measurement for payment shall be based on the linear feet of conduit installed measured
<br />as LF along the horizontal surface between the beginning and end points of the horizontal
<br />drilling. .Payment for installation shall be based at the unit price bid per linear foot of
<br />conduit.
<br />
<br />Item 72:
<br />Supply and install 24”x 36”x 18”hand hole for Hotwire / EA: The price for these items
<br />shall include but not limited to all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install and
<br />construct the structure in accordance with these contract documents which include but not
<br />limited to locating, verifying and protecting existing utilities, excavation , removal and
<br />disposal of unsuitable material below the structure, graded stone bedding below structure,
<br />de-watering, abandonment, removal or relocation of existing utilities, backfill or additional
<br />suitable backfill material , and complete restoration sod replacement, regarding of existing
<br />surfaces, Soft digs, test pits, exploratory digging and restoration for existing utilities,
<br />repairs to damaged existing utilities, repairs to irrigation systems, landscape, driveway
<br />,curb and sidewalk restoration , signalization repair and all other consumables,
<br />appurtenances and incidentals as shown on the plans and specifications and/or necessary
<br />for a complete installation shall be included in the unit price for this pay item.

<br />accordance with the contract documents. Payment shall be at the unit price bid per each.

<br />Supply and install 30”x 48”x 24”hand hole for Hotwire / EA: The price for these items
<br />shall include but not limited to all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install and
<br />construct the structure in accordance with these contract documents which include but not

<br />accordance with these contract documents which include all saw cutting, asphalt and other
<br />excavated materials removal and disposal, sheeting, shoring, bracing demucking, de-
<br />watering, any measures associated with dewatering such as turbidity barrier and sediment
<br />control de-watering permits, abandonment, removal or relocation of existing utilities,
