<br />landscape, driveway ,curb and sidewalk restoration , signalization repair and all other
<br />consumables, appurtenances and incidentals as shown on the plans and specifications
<br />and/or necessary for a complete installation shall be included in the unit price for this pay

<br />Measurement for payment shall be based upon the actual number of structures installed in
<br />accordance with the contract documents. Payment shall be at the unit price bid per each.
<br />
<br />Item 84 :
<br />Supply and install concrete spread footer foundation for Street Lighting / EA: The
<br />price for these items shall include but not limited to all labor, equipment and materials
<br />necessary to install and construct the structure in accordance with these contract
<br />documents which include but not limited to locating, verifying and protecting existing
<br />utilities, excavation , removal and disposal of unsuitable material below the structure,
<br />graded stone bedding below structure, de-watering, abandonment, removal or relocation
<br />of existing utilities, backfill or additional suitable backfill material , and complete
<br />restoration sod replacement, regarding of existing surfaces, Soft digs, test pits, exploratory
<br />digging and restoration for existing utilities, repairs to damaged existing utilities, repairs to
<br />irrigation systems, landscape, driveway ,curb and sidewalk restoration , signalization
<br />repair and all other consumables, appurtenances and incidentals as shown on the plans
<br />and specifications and/or necessary for a complete installation shall be included in the unit
<br />price for this pay item.

<br />Items 85 to 91 inclusive:
<br />Supply and install City Conduit / LF: The price for these items shall include but not
<br />limited to all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install and construct conduits,
<br />fittings with identification tape, blown –thru pull string, end caps in accordance with these
<br />contract documents which include all saw cutting, asphalt and other excavated materials
<br />removal and disposal, sheeting, shoring, bracing demucking, de-watering, any measures
<br />associated with dewatering such as turbidity barrier and sediment control de-watering
<br />permits, abandonment, removal or relocation of existing utilities, bedding material, trench
<br />backfill or additional suitable backfill material, backfill base material, compacted backfill
<br />limerock base material at least 16” thick or as shown on the road restoration details,
<br />compaction, material to be restored to same elevation as existing asphalt pavement
<br />grading, minimum of 1-1/2” ,or as shown on the road restoration details, of type SP-9.5
<br />Asphalt Fine Mix installed per FDOT standard specification, first lift to be installed upon
<br />restoration of road base material ,sod replacement, regarding of existing road surfaces,
<br />mixing and regarding of existing base material, Soft digs, test pits, exploratory digging and
<br />restoration for existing utilities, repairs to damaged existing utilities, repairs to irrigation
<br />systems, landscape, driveway ,curb and sidewalk restoration ,striping and pavement
<br />markings, signalization repair and all other consumables, appurtenances and incidentals
<br />as shown on the plans and specifications and/or necessary for a complete installation
<br />shall be included in the unit price for this pay item. No additional compensation shall be
