<br />signalization repair and all other consumables, appurtenances and incidentals as shown
<br />on the plans and specifications and/or necessary for a complete installation shall be
<br />included in the unit price for this pay item.
<br />
<br />Measurement for payment shall be based upon the actual number of structures installed
<br />regardless of the size of the concrete pad in accordance with the contract documents.
<br />Payment shall be at the unit price bid per each.
<br />
<br />
<br />Items 34 to 49 inclusive:
<br />Supply and Install Conduit for Atlantic Broadband / LF: The price for these items shall
<br />include but not limited to all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install and
<br />construct conduits, fittings with identification tape, blown –thru pull string, end caps in
<br />accordance with these contract documents which include all saw cutting, asphalt and
<br />other excavated materials removal and disposal, sheeting, shoring, bracing demucking,
<br />de-watering, any measures associated with dewatering such as turbidity barrier and
<br />sediment control de-watering permits, abandonment, removal or relocation of existing
<br />utilities, bedding material, trench backfill or additional suitable backfill material, backfill
<br />base material, compacted backfill limerock base material at least 16” thick or as shown on
<br />the road restoration details, compaction, material to be restored to same elevation as
<br />existing asphalt pavement grading, minimum of 1-1/2” ,or as shown on the road
<br />restoration details, of type SP-9.5 Asphalt Fine Mix installed per FDOT standard
<br />specification, first lift to be installed upon restoration of road base material ,sod
<br />replacement, regarding of existing road surfaces, mixing and regarding of existing base
<br />material, Soft digs, test pits, exploratory digging and restoration for existing utilities, repairs
<br />to damaged existing utilities, repairs to irrigation systems, landscape, driveway ,curb and
<br />sidewalk restoration ,striping and pavement markings, signalization repair and all other
<br />consumables, appurtenances and incidentals as shown on the plans and specifications
<br />and/or necessary for a complete installation shall be included in the unit price for this pay
<br />item. No additional compensation shall be made for changes in alignment or grade to
<br />avoid existing infrastructure unless the excavation exceed ten(10) feet in depth.
<br />
<br />Measurement for payment shall be based on the linear feet of conduit installed measured
<br />as LF along the horizontal center line of the conduit installed .Payment for installation
<br />shall be based at the unit price bid per linear foot of conduit.

<br />Item 50:
<br />Supply and install 30”x 36”x 48”hand hole for Atlantic Broadband / EA: The price for
<br />these items shall include but not limited to all labor, equipment and materials necessary to
<br />install and construct the structure in accordance with these contract documents which
<br />include but not limited to locating, verifying and protecting existing utilities, excavation ,
<br />removal and disposal of unsuitable material below the structure, graded stone bedding
<br />below structure, de-watering, abandonment, removal or relocation of existing utilities,
<br />backfill or additional suitable backfill material , and complete restoration sod replacement,
<br />regarding of existing surfaces, Soft digs, test pits, exploratory digging and restoration for
<br />existing utilities, repairs to damaged existing utilities, repairs to irrigation systems,
<br />landscape, driveway ,curb and sidewalk restoration , signalization repair and all other
<br />consumables, appurtenances and incidentals as shown on the plans and specifications
