Mr. Perez combines managerial expertise, technology capabilities, and engineering knowledge to provide Polytechnic University comprehensive consulting services assisting our internal and external clients in meeting their objectives.As a of Puerto Rico. leader of various technology areas in the last 20 years, he uses his engineering background to provide 1992 technology solutions to the design, data management and administration of our projects. He has performed MIS assessments for government agencies and has managed GIS systems for internal and external clients. TECHNICAL COURSES Mr. Perez has had progressively more complex levels of responsibility within CSA. His main focus has been in IT Project Management the integration of his engineering background to provide technology solutions to the design, data Enterprise GIS Design management and administration of our projects in various roles (Corporate R Director, CAD Director, GIS Director,Technology Services Consultant). Mr. Perez has worked on projects in the Caribbean, United States Database Design and and Central America. Implementation RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Wide Area Network Design and 1, CSA Group, Puerto Rico Implementation CSA Technology Services Director-Mr. Perez is responsible for all corporate technology related issues.As MS Project Expert Course the TS Director,he supervises the GIS,Technology Business Applications Development and IT teams. Computer Network School Renovations for2011 semester,Puerto Rico Department of Education -Summer of 2011.On this Administration and Support project,CSA was responsible for overseeing all the maintenance work on 1,000 schools around the island. YEARS EXPERIENCE The firm created the maps and weekly visiting routes for all schools using the geodatabase they developed 21 for the Education Department.CSA also developed an information web page to be used by all participants from all parts of the island through the Internet. Mr. Perez was the Technology Consultant for the project and supervised the development of the intemet tools and processes. ® Fede2/Funds Management Database System,Puerto Rico Department of Education-This project consist of the management of Federal Funds for the development of new projects through Title I,Title II,Title IV and other educational projects. CSA's involvement included the development of a database that integrated the geolocation of all public schools (1,400) in all municipalities around the island. All information is connected to the DE's main database using their specific school codes. Mr. Perez was the Technology Consultant and Supervisor of the project database and GIS systems developers. Puerto Rico ARRA Program, Puerto Rico Infrastructure and Financing Authority(PRIFA) -CSA is assisting the Puerto Rico Infrastructure and Financing Authority (AFI) and the Government of Puerto Rico in the execution of the American Recovery and Reimbursement Act(ARRA)Program in Puerto Rico. Mr.Perez was the Technology Services Manager, and his responsibilities included planning, organizing and conducting activities related to the AFI-ARRA Program database; reporting; applying technology; managing documents, information systems and R in accordance with ARRA regulations; and overseeing every aspect related to technology services in the ARRA Program. MIS Director- CSA Group, Puerto Rico, various States, Panama - Mr. Perez planned and implemented additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide. He oversaw the implementation of network security at the corporate level, and entrusted with anticipating future network needs of a growing business so that proactive solutions could be identified to satisfy its needs.Mr. Perez was responsible for all R related operations, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans design and implementation. He was also responsible for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis. He oversaw the planning and management of the company's telephone system and managed company-wide upgrade efforts. GIS-PRASA Enterprise Master Plan,Puerto Rico,Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority(PRASA) -The purpose of the project was to provide the necessary services to define and develop the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority(PRASA) Enterprise Geographic Information System(GIS)Action Plan.The ® GIS Project Action flan was divided into three phases: short-term, medium-term and long-term activities; activities were assigned to each phase based on their cost/benefit ratio, as compared to time to ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ complete/An assessment was performed with key PRASA personnel by conducting introductory meetings to identify GIS and MIS related potential issues.
