He developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) for landscaping of the interchange area. Old City Hall Site Environmental Assessment—City of Lauderhill, Florida Principal for a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) based on the guidelines of the American Society of Testing Materials(ASTM)standard, E 1527-00 conducted by a Certified Environmental Inspector(CEI). NW 7N/9Ih Avenue Connector, Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Study — FDOT, District 4/City of Fort LauderdalelBroward County, Florida Drainage Engineer for the PD&E study of the NW 7th/9th Avenue connector through downtown Fort Lauderdale. The study included environmental documents, alignment alternative and corridor analysis, and right-of-way relocation plans. He developed the location hydraulic report. North County Neighborhood Improvement Project— Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, Florida Reviewer/Environmental Engineer. Provided peer review of Reclaimed Water Master Plan, water and sewer plans, and roadway/sidewalks. Crown Linen Water and Sewer Plan— INGEMEL S.A. Project Manager for the design of new water and sewer connections and permitting services for a laundry facility expansion ® within the City of Hialeah. Sistrunk Boulevard Water Line Replacements—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Engineer of Record for the design of water line upgrades. The project included jack and bore under railroad and directional drilling under US 1. Shady Banks Septic Tank Conversion Project—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Project Manager/Engineer of Record for the conversion of a neighborhood,from septic tanks to a sanitary sewer system. SITE DESIGN Garden Court Drainage Development—City of Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida Site Engineer. He performed the stormwater management,AdICPR calculations, and provided plan revisions to the design for the construction of new residential development of 1.8 AC. Rodal Investment Corp Warehouses—Medley, Florida Site Engineer. He designed the site for a warehouse development, including parking lot, drainage,water&sewer connections and site permitting. Highland Gardens Phase 2 Cost Estimate—Broward County Housing Authority Project Manager. He was responsible for providing a cost estimate for a new 100 unit building. Miramar Town Center Bridge Culvert—City of Miramar, Florida Project Manager for the structural design of a canal bridge culvert. Countess De Hoemle Park—City of Boca Raton, Florida Task Manager. He provided structural engineering services to support design of the buildings and new signals. Task will include conduct field reviews, data collection, review building ordinances, attend meetings with the City, conduct design analyses and computations for the project structural elements for each structure. Wilde Park—City of Hialeah, Florida Drainage Engineer for a park beautification project which included parking lots, paving,grading and drainage plans. Bucky Dent Park Drainage Study—City of Hialeah, Florida Drainage Engineer.
