He supervised the hydraulic <br /> analysis for the improvements and performed design of three stormwater pump stations for pressurized injection wells. <br /> Area West of US-1, Drainage Design and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Mitigation Pump Station — <br /> City of Hallandale Beach, Florida <br /> Project Manager for the neighborhood improvements and designed a stormwater pump station. <br /> Area West of US 1 Drainage Study—City of Hallandale Beach, Florida <br /> Drainage Engineer. He prepared a master drainage study to analyze existing conditions and develop alternatives to resolve <br /> and mitigate flooding problems. <br /> NE 32nd133"i Avenue and NE 17th Avenue—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Drainage Engineer. He was responsible for the development of improvements to the drainage system, and in charge of <br /> reviewing reports and calculations. <br /> SW 2nd Avenue—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Drainage Engineer. He performed a review of the existing drainage system and proposed alternatives for improvements. A <br /> report of the findings was completed and discussed with the City's staff. <br /> Ansin Boulevard, Drainage Improvements—City of Hallandale Beach, Florida <br /> Project Manager. He was in charge of the design for roadway and drainage improvements in the industrial area of Ansin <br /> Boulevard. <br /> ® Canal J Culvert—City of Coral Springs, Florida <br /> Drainage Engineer who designed, permitted, and prepared plans for the construction of a 700 foot canal culvert. He was also <br /> the project manager for the construction services of this assignment. <br /> Battersea and Douglas Road Drainage Improvements—City of Miami, Florida <br /> Task Manager. He supervised the design of drainage improvements to alleviate a flooding problem at the intersection of two <br /> city streets. <br /> North Andrews Gardens Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County Office of Environmental Services <br /> Drainage Engineer. He performed drainage calculations for the FDOT drainage connection permit. <br /> SR-824 Pembroke Road and Hillcrest Golf Course Drainage Study—FDOT, District 4 <br /> Engineer of Record for a drainage study performed as part of a District Wide Minors contract. The project entails the <br /> connection of drainage from Pembroke Road (SR 824) to use lakes at the Hillcrest Golf course for additional storage and <br /> drainage capacity. The project included a groundwater model to estimate the capacity of proposed lakes to dispose <br /> stormwater runoff. <br /> SR-874 Drainage Master Plan TA 874.04—Miami Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) <br /> Mr.Vazquez was the senior drainage engineer in the development of the existing condition drainage maps for the SR 874 <br /> Drainage Master Plan. He led the stormwater model development utilizing AdICPR drainage software. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING/UTILITY DESIGN <br /> Lake Okeechobee Water Retention/Phosphorus Removal Critical Restoration — South Florida Water Management <br /> Department(SFWMD) <br /> Project Manager for the analysis and hydraulic design of retention ponds at three dairy farms in the Lake Okeechobee basin. <br /> The retention ponds will provide treatment, phosphorus removal, and re-hydration of isolated wetlands. <br /> Assessment of Water Management Practices within the Four Priority Basins of the Lake Okeechobee Watershed — <br /> South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD) <br /> Project Manager for the assessment of Best Management Practice's (BMP's) to apply to different land uses within Lake <br /> Okeechobee's Watershed. The BMP's intent is to reduce levels of phosphorous and other nutrients. The model used was the <br /> Watershed Assessment Model(WAMview).
