DAVID M. BOYER, PE <br /> Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Master Plan—City of Riviera Beach, Florida <br /> Lead Drainage Engineer for a project to prepare a master plan for the 850 acre Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), <br /> ® which included the relocation of a one mile portion of US-1. He was also responsible for the creation of the pre and post- <br /> drainage models for basin delineation and stormwater pipe sizing. <br /> Industrial Avenue Corridor Stormwater Improvements—City of Boynton Beach, Florida <br /> Mr. Boyer was a member of the team responsible for the design of a large roadway and drainage project serving <br /> approximately 23 acres of industrial land use and 49 acres of residential land use in Boynton Beach. The project was <br /> originally conceived by City Staff to provide an outfall for the stormwater runoff that accumulates along Industrial Avenue <br /> and along SW 6th Street in Lake Boynton Estates. <br /> Dennison Road Fire Station—Hillsborough County, Florida <br /> Project Engineer for civil design of a fire station located on a two acre site. He designed and permitted all site improvements <br /> including water service, septic tank system, road access, parking and stormwater facilities. The site was located within a <br /> closed basin and had no positive outfall. <br /> East Bay Executive Golf Course—City of Largo, Florida <br /> Drainage Engineer— He designed and permitted the stormwater management system for this 22 acre facility and obtained <br /> the City of Largo Development Order. <br /> East Bay Golf Course, Parcel D Fill—City of Largo, Florida <br /> Project Manager— He was responsible for the design and permitting of the filling of a seven acre parcel for development. <br /> The parcel was located within the 100-year floodplain and required SWFWMD permit approval before the City of Largo <br /> would allow development of the parcel. <br /> Water View Estates—City of Largo, Florida <br /> Project Manager—He was responsible for the redesign and permitting of the second phase of development. This site will be <br /> used for the floodplain compensation for the East Bay Parcel D fill project. This project also involved revising the existing <br /> stormwater management system for adherence to local standards. <br /> East Bay Golf Course, Parcel D Bridge—City of Largo, Florida <br /> Project Manager— Responsible for the design and permitting of a ConSpan bridge to provide access to an internal parcel. <br /> The bridge project involved channel flood routing, floodplain compensation and stormwater management designs. He <br /> prepared specifications and bid documents for construction and generated bid tabulation for the owner. <br /> Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport Infield Parking—Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Drainage Engineer—He provided the preliminary drainage design and permitting for the AmeriJet and Emery sites. <br /> FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE <br /> Design/Build for 1-595 Final Design, Broward County, Florida—FDOT, District 4(AECOM/Dragados) <br /> Water Resources Director responsible for the overall drainage master plan update and complete drainage design for the <br /> entire corridor, which includes exfiltration trench, storm sewer design and analysis, cross drain analysis, and both wet and <br /> dry retention stormwater management designs for seven out of eight design zones and is responsible for the drainage plan <br /> preparation and for two roadway design sections, as well as all coordination between six different design firms. <br /> Project length: 10.5 miles± <br /> 1-95 HOV Lanes (South of PGA Boulevard to South of Donald Ross Road) Palm Beach County, Florida — FDOT, <br /> District 4 <br /> Senior Drainage Engineer for this widening project. Analysis involved exfiltration trench design, storm sewer design and <br /> analysis, box culvert, cross-drain analysis, design of dry retention treatment systems parallel to the interstate, and <br /> stormwater permitting. <br /> ISR-80 Design East, Parker Avenue to Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida—FDOT District 4 <br /> Drainage Design Engineer for 0.75 mile widening project. Analysis involved exfiltration trench design, storm sewer design <br /> and analysis, coordination with other SR-80 design projects and stormwater permitting. He also provided post design <br /> drainage services. <br /> SR-51US-1 Improvement— FDOT, District 4 <br /> Senior Drainage Design Engineer on this 2.9 mile road improvement project in St. Lucie County. Analysis involved <br /> exfiltration trench design, storm sewer design and analysis, cross drain analysis and coordination with St. Lucie County on <br /> the design of three regional stormwater ponds. He was responsible for all of the drainage permitting.
