JAVIER RODRIGUEZ, PE <br /> NW 7th19th Avenue Connector(Design)—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Project Manager— The project includes the roadway design of a 1.5 mile urban section, 4-lane divided, connector between <br /> NW 7th and NW 9th Avenues in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The scope of this project includes signalization, drainage <br /> design, signing and pavement marking, permitting as well as public involvement coordination. <br /> NW 44th Street Improvements—City of Sunrise, Florida <br /> Project Manager/Engineer of Record —Project activities included the development of a typical section analysis to determine <br /> the most feasible alternative as well as the development of construction documents and permitting. A drainage analysis <br /> was also performed for the design of the outfall structure that connects to a local canal. The scope of this project consisted <br /> of the enhancement of an existing swale conveyance system as well as improvements to the existing streetscape with the <br /> addition of a sidewalk feature along the project limits. Project length: 1.90 miles <br /> City Engineer—City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida <br /> City Engineer — The project consisted of providing professional civil engineering consultation to the City of Lauderdale <br /> Lakes Engineering and Construction Management Services Division regarding plan development reviews, associated <br /> engineering activities and weekly inspection services. <br /> Bus Shelter Design-Build Criteria Package—City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida <br /> Engineer—He developed a Design-Build criteria package for the construction of six bus shelters along SR-7 (US-441) in the <br /> City of Lauderdale Lakes. This assignment included establishing the design criteria for the shelters, utility coordination, <br /> coordination with FDOT,coordination with Broward County Transit and determination of available right-of-way. <br /> Citywide Resurfacing Inspection—City of Coral Springs, Florida <br /> Project Manager—He supervised the inspection on 15 miles of street resurfacing. <br /> Sunrise Lakes Boulevard Improvements—City of Sunrise, Florida <br /> Engineer of Record —The scope included the improvement of 2.3 miles of an urban collector. The improvements included <br /> the addition of "Valley Gutter" on the outside edges of pavement and the reconstruction of the median. It also included <br /> milling and resurfacing the entire 2.3 miles, installation of new pavement markings and signage and aesthetic treatments at <br /> three intersections. <br /> Battersea and Douglas Drainage Improvement—City of Miami, Florida <br /> ® Project Manager for the drainage improvements for a residential street intersection. This project involved producing an <br /> alternative analysis, construction plans and permitting to relieve flooding at this intersection. It also included permitting for <br /> the improvements. The selected alternative included the use of injection wells and upgrading of existing storm sewer <br /> system and outfall. <br /> Town of Davie, Local Agency Program(LAP)Certification—Town of Davie, Florida <br /> Project Manager— He prepared the application for the Town to receive certification to receive funds from FDOT for capital <br /> projects. <br /> SE 15th Street, South Miami Road, SE 10th Avenue Intersection Improvements—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Project Manager — He provided the engineering design services for the intersection improvements of SE 15th Street with <br /> Miami Road and SE 10th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. <br /> Seven Isles Entry Beautification—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br /> Project Manager — The project consisted of improvements to the Seven Isles Entryway. These improvements included <br /> adding a parking space on the west side of SE 23rd Avenue as well as beautifying two of the existing bridges. <br /> Old Davie School Improvements—Town of Davie, Florida <br /> Project Manager— The scope of this project consists of drainage, parking and utility improvements for an historical school <br /> (now converted to a museum)and adjacent park property. <br /> SR•818 (Griffin Road)—FDOT, District 4 <br /> Project Engineer — He provided assistance in establishing alignment, designed geometry throughout the entire job and <br /> designed all intersections using CADD as well as assisted with the drainage design and produced the bridge hydraulic <br /> reports. <br /> Olive Avenue Streetscape—FDOT, District 4 <br /> Project Manager/Engineer of Record — This project involved traffic calming, landscaping, signalization and drainage <br /> improvements.
