Southside& Hardy Park—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Project Engineer — Responsible for the preparation of an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) Application Package required for the construction of the project. The civil engineering design services presented for the project included, the paving layout and design, drainage/site design, water and sewer design, coordination of utilities and the provision of new utility services. Overtown NW 3b Avenue Business Corridor Streetscape Project — City of Miami Department of Capital Improvement and Transportation Project Designer—Responsible for the design drawings to make improvements to NW 3b Avenue from NW 8th Street to NW 14th Street. The civil engineering services provided for the project included a 12" water main updating design, coordination of the utilities and provisions for new utility services. North County Neighborhood Improvement Project—Broward County, Florida Project Engineer in charge of drainage design and permitting. Hollywood Boulevard(SR-820)from SR•AlA to US-1.3R— FDOT, District 4 Project Engineer—Responsible for Quality Control of drainage modifications from SRA1A to US 1-3R Country Walk, Basin 2 and 3 Drainage & Roadway Improvements — Miami•Dade County's Department of Environmental Resources Management Project Engineer — Responsible for the preparation of construction documents and drainage reports. The civil design services required for the evaluation of the existing drainage system and the new drainage system through the use of French drains and two outfalls on the Black Creek Canal. The analysis of the existing and proposed conditions was done with ICPR software. The scope of services included the coordination of utilities having an impact on the project site. Lake Forest Elementary School—Broward County Schools Project Engineer who provided civil engineering design and construction inspection services required for the modifications and additions to this school. The scope of the work included site improvements, utility design required to maintain water and sewer connections, the complete removal of five classroom buildings and one cafeteria building,construction of a one- story, 20 classroom building,a one story, 8 classroom building, a multipurpose building and covered connecting walkways. Cooper City Elementary School— Broward County Schools Project Engineer who provided civil engineering design and construction inspection services required for the modifications and additions to this school. The scope of the work included site improvements and utility design required maintaining water and sewer connections. She was responsible for the preparation of the ERP Permit Application package required for the approval of the project with South Florida Water Management District and Central Broward Water Control District. U.S. Federal Courthouse—Federal GSA Project Engineer responsible for the preparation of the ERP Application Package required for the construction of this project as well as the civil engineering design services. The scope of the work included the paving layout and design,the drainage and site design,coordination of the utilities and the provision of new utility services. Parking Garage#6—Miami-Dade County Aviation Department Project Engineer for the civil engineering design services for the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department's (MDAD) proposed $45 million Park 6 Garage. The services included the paving layout and design,drainage/site design,coordination of the utilities, provision of new utility services, and relocation of the access roadways, provision of temporary roadways, realignment of Central Boulevard and maintenance of traffic during the construction. City of Hialeah Courthouse—City of Hialeah, Florida Project Engineer for the civil engineering design services required for the proposed City of Hialeah Courthouse. The services included the paving layout and design, the drainage/site design, the coordination of the utilities and the provision of new utility services,as well as the preparation of a demolition plan. Hialeah City Hall Parking Garage—City of Hialeah, Florida Project Engineer for the civil engineering design services required for the proposed City of Hialeah Parking Garage.
