E.Virginia No. 16025 Davie Road Beautification Project—Town of Davie, Florida Project Engineer—Along P. E. District of Columbia, the downtown section of Davie Road, Richard designed roadway and sidewalk No.8214 improvements, to create a friendly pedestrian downtown area, this included the SBCCI Building Inspector installation of brick paver sidewalks, and planter areas. ® ADDITIONAL TRAINING Nautilus and La Gorce Neighborhood Improvements Projects — City of Miami Beach, Florida Design of Roadway Drainage Project Manager—The scope was for two neighborhood drainage improvement projects. Systems- Advanced Geotech Area West of US-1 Drainage Improvements—City of Hallandale Beach, Florida Systems 2003(.6 CEU's) Senior Engineer in charge of the design and preparation of civil plans for a neighborhood drainage improvement project. He prepared an ERP permitting package, along with wetland (mangroves)mitigation plans. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Environmental Protection Department Laboratory Green Building — Broward 30 Years County Engineering Engineer— The scope of this project included drainage design, signage, permitting, and YEARS WITH RJ BEHAR utility coordination. 2003- Present Public Safety Facility—Coral Springs, Florida Engineer — He prepared civil design plans for the construction of a structural concrete foundation, a floor slab for a pre-fabricated storage building,and modifications to a related parking lot located at the Public Safety Facility in Coral Springs. Facade Improvement at Sunset Strip Project—City of Sunrise, Florida Engineer— Designed a CiviVSite plan for a $2.2 million project, which included roadway milling, resurfacing and brick pavers along Sunset Strip, between NW 64th and NW 68th Avenues. It also included parking facilities and coordination with the construction of architectural facade improvements. Miscellaneous Cost Estimating Services—City of Sunrise, Florida Engineer — Performed construction cost estimates, bid analysis of contractor change orders, and lump sum project bids for various City projects.
