<br /> Privacy Wall Program at NW 136th Avenue and Flamingo Road—City of Sunrise, Florida
<br /> Engineer — Designed a precast privacy wall, regarding of drainage swale and roadway improvements. The project also
<br /> involved median closures and coordination with landscape design improvements.
<br /> W.29th Street 3R Safety Review(From Okeechobee Road to W. 4th Avenue)—City of Hialeah, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer— The fast-track project was a 1.5 mile section of roadway being rehabilitated under the 'stimulus" plan.
<br /> Mr. Bolt performed visual site inspections of the roadway, to evaluate the condition, and recommend reconstruction of
<br /> concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways and handicap ramps. The evaluation also entailed a small amount of asphalt
<br /> pavement, and concrete drainage structures. Along with the site evaluations, the work included, writing repair or
<br /> reconstruction design specifications, assisting with the development of construction documents, and preparation of the bid
<br /> package.

<br /> McDonald Water Park—City of Hialeah, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer— Designed and prepared civil plans for designing a water park; which involved grading, drainage, water
<br /> and sewer services, utility relocations, parking lots and site improvements.
<br /> Normandy Park—City of Miami Beach, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer — Designed and prepared civil plans for the replacement of an existing swimming facility at the park,
<br /> including grading, drainage,water and sewer services, utility relocations, parking lots and site improvements.
<br /> Flamingo Park—City of Miami Beach, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer — Designed and prepared civil plans for the replacement of the existing swimming facility at the park,
<br /> including grading,drainage,water and sewer services, utility relocations, parking lots and site improvements.
<br /> Ocean Access Park Improvements—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer— Designed and prepared civil plans to enhance an existing park, including grading, drainage, water and
<br /> sewer services, and utility relocations.
<br /> Beach Community Center—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer — Designed and prepared civil plans for the site work of a new community center. The design included
<br /> grading, drainage, water and sewer services, utility relocations, a parking lot and coordination with the architect for the

<br /> Bass Park Recreation Center Addition—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer— Designed and prepared civil plans for the site work of a new community recreation center. The design
<br /> included grading, water and sewer services, utility relocations, a parking lot and coordination with the architect for the
<br /> building structure.
<br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
<br /> Sanitary Pump Station and Force Main - Lauderhill Baptist Church— Lauderhill, Florida
<br /> Project Engineer—Designed a sanitary sewer pump station, and a force main for a new church building.
<br /> Olive Avenue Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project—City of West Palm Beach, Florida
<br /> Project Manager—Designed the complete replacement and upgrade of the water and sanitary sewer system, on a 1.5 mile
<br /> urban section of Olive Ave., starting from Lakeview Avenue and ending at Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in the downtown
<br /> area. The project was performed under a joint project agreement between the city of West Palm Beach and FDOT during
<br /> the reconstruction of the roadway. The utility coordination involved with this project was very complex owing to the density
<br /> of utilities in this older urban section of the downtown.
<br /> Shady Banks (Septic Area 5)—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br /> Senior Engineer in charge of the design and preparation of civil plans for the conversion of a septic system community, to a
<br /> sanitary sewer system. He also designed the replacement and upgrade of water mains in the neighborhood. The design
<br /> included grading for a lift station and a sanitary force main.
<br /> Sistrunk Boulevard from Federal Highway to 27th Avenue—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br /> Senior Engineer in charge of the design and preparation of civil plans for over 2 miles of proposed water mains.
<br /> Wetland Mitigation Project for Hiatus Road Extension—City of Tamarac, Florida
<br /> Senior Engineer in charge of the design of a riprap barrier along New River to create a wetland mangrove habitat. This
<br /> project satisfies the wetland requirements of the Department of Planning and Environmental Protection and mitigates for the
<br /> loss of wetland area on the Hiatus Road Extension project within the City of Tamarac.
