RICHARD BOLT <br /> CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE <br /> Permit Review and Inspections—Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida <br /> As part of the Town Engineer services, performed reviews and inspections of all building permits and fill permits for site- <br /> work, grading and drainage. He performed final inspection of all permitted work, to ensure conformance to plans. <br /> Deering Estates Flow-Way, Palmetto Bay, Florida—South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD) <br /> The scope of this project consists of providing construction management and inspection support services <br /> including performing field inspections of the construction effort to verify conformance to the contract plans and <br /> specifications; preparing daily reports documenting construction performance and inspections; photographing <br /> documentation of construction activities on a daily basis; attending bi-weekly site progress meetings and all <br /> additional meetings as required for this project; coordinating and handling of submittals and Requests for <br /> Information (RFIs) with the DCM as necessary; performing field inspections to review and verify environmental <br /> protection measures installed by the Construction Contractor are complying with regulatory requirements; <br /> verifying of Construction Contractor work performed and documented in Construction Contractor payment <br /> applications; reviewing as-built records submitted by the Construction Contractor and/or District surveyor and <br /> confirming the accuracy of the as-built record drawings; and punch list identification and contract closeout review. <br /> RJ Behar also coordinated all the materials testing during the construction of the projects done by a <br /> subconsultant and is providing reviews of the Davis-Bacon wage documentation. <br /> Student Housing Project—Florida Atlantic University <br /> Project Engineer — In charge of the inspection of Architectural and Civil/Site work with responsibility as owner's <br /> representative for the Florida Atlantic University Student Housing Project. He performed quality assurance reviews of the <br /> Project Architect. Reviewed discrepant conditions and resolution, confirmed material acceptance reports, participated in <br /> preparation of contractor's punch list, reviewed contractor's requests for change and architect's authorized changes. He <br /> also monitored code compliance inspections by the State of Florida's Department of Management. <br /> West Avenue—City of Miami Beach, Florida <br /> ® Project Manager for post design services, for the construction of a stormwater pump station and improved drainage. <br /> Canal "J" Box Culvert Project—City of Coral Springs, Florida <br /> Project Engineer for construction administration, and full-time on-site inspection during the building of a 700 ft. long section <br /> of a precast concrete box culvert to replace an existing canal.
