<br /> Project Administrator— He was responsible for overseeing the reconstruction of West 36th Avenue from West 76th Street to
<br /> West 84th Street within the City of Hialeah. The general overview and scope for this project comprised of the complete
<br /> reconstruction of West 36th Avenue, including new sidewalk,curb and gutter, drainage improvements - new drainage inlets,
<br /> 18" storm sewer cross drainage pipe, 1,271 LF of 18" exfiltration trench (French drain). The project scope also included
<br /> pavement milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings, street lighting, tree removal, and grading of the adjacent
<br /> swale areas and sod restoration with Performance Turf. Project length: 0.5 miles
<br /> W. 53rd Street (from W. 4th Avenue to W. 12th Avenue) Construction Engineering Inspection — City of Hialeah,
<br /> Florida; American Recovery& Reinvestment Act
<br /> Project Administrator for the West 53rd Street ARRA-Funded reconstruction projects within the City of Hialeah. The general
<br /> overview and scope for this project comprised the complete reconstruction of West 53rd Street, including new sidewalk, curb
<br /> and gutter, drainage improvements - new drainage inlets,18" storm sewer cross drainage pipe, 18" exfiltration trench
<br /> (French drain). Proposed in the project scope are pavement milling and resurfacing, signing and pavement markings and
<br /> grading of the adjacent swale areas and sod restoration with Performance Turf. Project length: 0.5 miles
<br /> Emergency Water Main Repair—City of Pembroke Pines, Florida
<br /> Project Administrator—He was responsible for the full construction management services for the emergency repair of a 16"
<br /> PVC transmission water main that ruptured along Pines Boulevard, east of 145th Avenue in the City of Pembroke Pines. The
<br /> project consisted of the replacement of 20 If. of a 16" PVC water main with 16" DIP retrained sleeve pipe, fire hydrant
<br /> installation for flushing and testing, backfill and compaction following FDOT specifications. The project also included the
<br /> removal and replacement of two driveways connecting a shopping center with Pines Boulevard including striping and ADA
<br /> sidewalk ramps. This project was executed as time and material, therefore a meticulous tracking of all contractor activities
<br /> and final cost estimates were required.
<br /> Pines Boulevard (SR•820) and 1.75 (SR-93) Interchange, Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) — City of
<br /> Pembroke Pines, Florida—FDOT, District 4
<br /> Project Administrator for this $11.2 million Local Agency Program (LAP) project between the City of Pembroke Pines and
<br /> the Florida Department of Transportation, District 4. This is a federally funded project consisting of urbanized improvements
<br /> at the 1-75 (SR-93) and Pines Boulevard (SR-820) Interchange. The project includes modifying the existing interstate
<br /> overpass, entrance and exit ramps from a rural configuration to an urban configuration, as well as widening, signalization,
<br /> landscaping and access management improvements along Pines Boulevard. A °No-excuse Bonus" (250K) with an
<br /> "Incentive-Decentive"contracting method was utilized. Project Length: 1.3 miles.
<br /> Construction Management Oversight—City of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida
<br /> Project Administrator — This project consisted of construction of "The Island"at Veteran's Memorial Park located at the
<br /> intersection of SR-7 and SW 36th/37th Street. RJ Behar advised the City of Lauderdale Lakes during construction and
<br /> worked with the City to close out the project. Also, RJ Behar helped the City obtain FDOT certification for Local Agency
<br /> Program (LAP)funding for this project as well as other capital improvement projects before construction.
<br /> Riverwalk South Regional Park Resident Project Representative — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida "City of Fort
<br /> Lauderdale Community Appearance Award—May 8th 2008" (Category 6.02)
<br /> Construction Project Manager— This project consisted of reconstruction and improvements to a portion of the Riverwalk
<br /> Regional Park between SE 3rd Avenue and Andrews Avenue, which included a new fire line, new vacuum sewer line,
<br /> replaced overhead utilities to underground, installed 14 new marine power stations and evacuation pedestals, replaced the
<br /> existing two-way road with a one-way paver road, coordinated seawall repair, new tropical landscaping and a new lighting
<br /> system. Value$3,000,000.
<br /> NE 33rd Avenue Neighborhood Improvement—City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
<br /> Construction Project Manager — This project consisted of reconstruction and improvements of the NW 33rd Avenue
<br /> Neighborhood, from NW 19th Street to NW 29th Street,which included main water line replacement, drainage improvements,
<br /> lighting improvements and roadway rehabilitation.Value$3,600,000
<br /> Bank United—Sunrise, Florida
<br /> Construction/Project Manager — This project consisted of the New Bank United Building in Sunrise, Florida. This was a
<br /> 5,000 SF building, parking lot; including drainage,water and sewer. Value$450,000
