The combined-human resource at the disposal of the <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach will be immense. The professionals at HBC have worked and <br /> continue to work with municipal clients and the foot print of their fine work is all over Dade <br /> County. Below are the condensed profiles of key personnel assigned to this project. <br /> Edgar Din P.E.- Project Manager and Utilities Engineering Lead <br /> Mr. Diaz has more than 25 years of responsible and diversified experience in design and <br /> construction of municipal and public works infrastructure projects. His experience translates into <br /> unparalleled expertise in project management. He has the ability to successfully assemble and <br /> manage multi-disciplinary teams and assignments, oversee planning of transportation projects as <br /> well as conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and deliver projects on time and <br /> on budget, while maintaining good client and public relationship: As a-Civil Engineer with a <br /> ® Master of Science degree, Edgar has performed in various capacities that include project <br /> management from concept to final design, and responsibility for post design services, such <br /> projects included but not limited to water, sewer, pump stations, roadways, drainage; and tunnel <br /> design. He supervised engineers, planners and technicians directly responsible for developing <br /> design and construction plans for various types of roadway projects including interstate, arterial, <br /> and local roads. He managed a $1.2 billion design-build-operate-maintain (DBOM) project for <br /> the Port of Miami Tunnel, MacArthur Cswy. to Dodge Island. He currently serves as the Vice <br /> President for HBC Engineering Company. <br /> Adebayo T. Coker P.E. - Civil Engineering Design Lead <br /> - - -Mr, Coker-i§ a transportation engineer with over 20-years-of fespon§ible and diversified -- <br /> experience in the planning, design, construction management and the supervision of project <br /> personnel on major FDOT transportation projects. His particular areas of expertise are in <br /> production and management of all phases of roadway design-projects including preliminary and • <br /> final-design of limited/controlled access highways and_freeways; Rural and.Urban- Resurfacing,__ <br /> Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR) projects: and construction engineering inspection (CEI). <br /> He has managed and provided technical leadership on a number of public and private sector- <br /> projects. He has taken numerous projects from the planning phase through design, construction <br /> and post design services. He has been responsible for coordination with clients, sub consultants, <br /> permitting agencies, and reviewers of all project disciplines. He has implemented effective <br /> quality control and quality assurance plan (QA/QC) for various clients. He successfully <br /> ® coordinated more than $200 million of roadway design projects.
