LaLanne P.E. —QA/QC and CEI Mr. LaLanm has more than 21 years of experience in roadway design, project management, _ - contracts administration, environmental studies, safety analysis, planning, quality and budgetary control, permitting and field inspection of highway related projects,. He has a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. His particular areas o_f expertise are in transportation development, . . production and management of all phases"of roadway design projects including but not limited to___ initial and final engineering design of limited/controlled access highways and freeways; Rural and Urban Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR) projects. Mr. LaLanne is a former FDOT District IV Project Engineer with previous experience with municipal projects. Mr. LaLanne will be a great asset when coordinating LAP projects with the Department of Transportation. He managed complex transportation projects involving overpass design such as SR 80 from SR 7 to the Florida Turnpike, project that cost more than sixty millions dollars from design through construction.
