Provided the bidding services for the construction <br /> ® of the off-site mitigation area and managed the mitigation construction oversight and 5-year <br /> compliance monitoring/reporting. <br /> ® • Orangetree Blossom/Miramar Pinelands: Coordinated permitting through the ACOE, Broward <br /> ® County and the SFWMD with mitigation plan components from multiple firms, tri-party agreement <br /> ® with County Commission approval for mitigation construction on County Park land.
