Provided the bidding services for the plant installation of the mitigation area and ® managed the mitigation construction oversight. ® • Tropical Plaza: ACOE, Broward County and SFWMD permitting, utilized previously purchased ® Florida Wetlands bank credits along with newly acquired FPL EMB credits along with purchased excess mitigation constructed in Broward County for a different project ® • FPL Dania Substation Expansion: Permitting through the ACOE, Broward County and FDEP ® involving tidally influenced mangrove habitat in Outstanding Florida Waters ® • Kings Highway/Orange Avenue and SE Walton Road: Performed wetland delineation and habitat assessments and provide the environmental permit components to the Prime contractor for ® roadway widening projects in St. Lucie County ® • Meadow Pines: Acquired modifications to the environmental permits to reflect site layout and conservation area revisions 0 • Sloan Property: Acquired SFWMD for impacts to site wetlands and supervised remediation of ® wetlands • Verizon Switch Station: Obtained permit transfer for Verizon and permit modification for a Verizon ® project with AT&T as a co-permittee, modified the mitigation plan and provided mitigation construction oversight ® • Weston: Re-permitted Increment III of the Weston DRI through Broward County and amended the ® Increment II Conservation Easement dedicated to FDEP • Villas at Harbor Isles West (Cocoplum): Obtained permit for mangrove impacts at entrance to the ® project ® • Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery: Provided permitting services for ACOE permit for the western ® expansion of the cemetery • Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery: Obtained a tree removal permit for expansion of the burial ® grounds and created the tree mitigation plan ® • Aqua Isles: Coordinated and supervised the remediation within a mangrove wetland habitat ® adjacent to this multi-family residential development project, which included a marina, from accidental breach in dewatering containment berm. Processed permit modifications to increase ® boat slips in the residential marina. e • Community of Hope Religious Facility, Loxahatchee Groves: On behalf of the Town reviewed and ® processed the land clearing application, developed the tree mitigation plan and conducted the site inspections to ensure compliance to the issued permit. ® • Ortanique residential CRA project Pompano Beach: On behalf of the City CRA obtained a permit to relocate burrowing owls and collapse burrows to allow site grading work to be conducted. 0 • Dania Cove, Dania Beach: Obtained permits to install site improvements required by an FCT grant including dock and shoreline protection measures on a City park facility along the Dania cut-off ® canal. ® • Lake Park drainage improvements: Obtained ACOE and SFWMD permit for the Town for installation of a new outfall and upgrades to existing outfalls into the Lake Worth Lagoon for a ® Town drainage improvement project. ® • Foxcroft: Obtained ACOE, Broward County, and SFWMD permits for redevelopment of a golf course ® to a residential development. Mitigation Bank credits were purchased for the ACOE permit and on- site mitigation was conducted for Broward County.
