® CGA assists the City of Weston with the development and prioritization of their Capital
® Improvement Plan (CIP). As City Engineer, CGA also acts as District Engineer for
Weston's two dependent districts; Indian Trace Community Development District
0 (ITCDD), and Bonaventure Development District (BDD). These two districts consist of
0 their own self contained regional stormwater system through master permits from the
® South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD).
® CGA is responsible for all planning, engineering, and review tasks occurring within the
districts. CGA created and maintains the master drainage study, from which capital
O improvement projects are derived. With CGA assistance in developing alternative
® funding sources for proposed projects, these improvements are prioritized and entered
® into the CIP.
CO In addition, CGA maintains and updates the drainage/stormwater standards and
ordinances for the City of Weston.
