(CGA) designed the new Lift Station No. 16 to replace the <br /> ® existing Lift Station No. 16 in the Windmill Ranches Subdivision of Weston. This station serves a Francisco Reina <br /> ® small amount of commercial area and also a portion of the Windmill Ranch Subdivision via a low Sabrina Baglieri <br /> pressure vacuum system.The existing station consisted of a four-foot diameter 20-foot deep wet <br /> ® well with two 13 HP submersible pumps.This was upgraded to a six-foot diameter wet well with Construction Cost <br /> ® two 20 HP submersible pumps, a complete new control panel, new piping, valves, valve box, $277,000 <br /> wiring,and conduit. <br /> ® CGA designed the lift station and permitted it through Broward County EPD and the State of CGA Fees <br /> ® Florida DEP. We also bid the project for the City, administered the contract and performed $56,000 <br /> ® inspections and certifications. <br /> 40 <br /> ® Page 21 30 <br />
