Inc. <br /> E XCEP 1 I O N A l SOLUTIONS <br /> o <br /> ® This step commences after the draft of the Project plan, schedule and controls are completed and will <br /> continue throughout project completion. The project plan, schedule and controls will be passed through <br /> ® CGA's QA/QC process prior to submission to the City. <br /> Communication <br /> CGA CM staff communicate with our clients on a daily, if not hourly, basis in person, via email and phone to <br /> ensure that the client is always kept up to speed and any adjustments that need to be made are performed <br /> ® quickly. We also acknowledge the major stakeholder in any CIP project is the residents. Recently, CGA has <br /> utilized our in house Data Development/Creative Design Staff to create a project specific website. These <br /> O sites allow the residents and other stakeholders to access up to date information in an easy to use graphical <br /> interface 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. <br /> ® This step will begin immediately with the City, but will not begin with the residents until all information <br /> ® has been submitted to the City for review and approval prior to becoming public information. We are <br /> ® aware of the delicate nature of work being performed within neighborhoods and public right of ways and <br /> would not want to jeopardize the relationship between the City and its residents. This step will also <br /> ® continue through project completion. <br /> Project Implementation <br /> ® The scope of work for this section will vary project to project. What will remain constant is CGA's <br /> ® aggressive nature in expediting any portion of the CIP arena. Again, CGA has a vast experience with local <br /> ® municipalities and we are aware of the sensitive nature that is CIP budgets & schedules. Many <br /> stakeholders, residents and elected officials are watching these projects from their homes on a daily basis <br /> ® and this brings with it extra pressure to perform. CGA's main office is located in South Florida and much of <br /> ® our staff is in the Sunny Isles Beach area on a daily basis. This will help us facilitate our aggressive <br /> schedule. Throughout the process weekly progress meetings will be held to ensure that every entity <br /> O involved is up to speed and all loose ends are being followed up. <br /> Record Keeping&Project Close Out <br /> ® CGA has served as a representative for numerous South Florida municipalities. Throughout this time we <br /> ® have proven our knowledge of record retention laws, a very important issue for audits and public record <br /> 0 requests. In fact, the City of Weston felt so highly of our organizational skills and knowledge of record <br /> retention law, we were hired to remove, reorganize and re-file all of their building department files. All <br /> ® relevant files will be kept at CGA's main office where our file room is fire suppressed and our servers are <br /> ® backed up to an onsite tape as well as an offsite server vault. This triple redundant system ensures that our <br /> ® client's files are never in jeopardy.
