The Town Center introduced vertical <br /> • <br /> mixed uses and volumetric control mechanisms to ensure the desired outcome. <br /> • <br /> • The ordinance balances the needs of the development community with the desires of <br /> the residents, achieved through workshops and other public participation venues.
