CGA, having experience both in public and private <br /> sector work, was able to mediate the sometimes competing interests of both parties, <br /> ® while remaining true to the vision of the community. Massing studies, discussions of <br /> • materiality and finishes, and restrictions on qualities of development played a critical <br /> • component of the package.
