She has several years of planning experience including <br /> is municipal planning director duties such as processing zoning requests, land use <br /> plan amendments, site plan reviews, plats rezoning petitions, variances, vacation/ <br /> abandonments and all other development application reviews. She holds a <br /> ® — " Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from FAU. <br /> Ms. Sinatra currently serves as the Planning and Zoning Director in three <br /> municipalities, which are Weston, West Park and Surfside. This responsibility <br /> ® requires complete understanding of planning policy to equitably administer <br /> ® zoning and development codes. In her role as the Planning and Zoning Director <br /> for three municipalities, Ms. Sinatra attends all meetings as required by each of <br /> ® the City Managers. This includes the following meetings: City Commission, Planning and Zoning Board, <br /> ® Design Review Board, Business Advisory Boards and any workshops as needed. She has prepared materials <br /> ® and made presentations to boards, committees, and often acts as the staff liaison to these boards. She also <br /> prepares the Planning Department's budget and performance measures as requested by the municipalities. <br /> ® CGA also has experience creating procedures manuals for operations in numerous departments and Ms. <br /> ® Sinatra created the Planning Department Operating Manual for the City of Weston. Although Ms. Sinatra is <br /> ® a contractor, her clients have told her that she truly acts as City staff. Roger M. Carlton, the Town Manager <br /> of Surfside, Florida, recently sent the following email to Ms. Sinatra after a presentation: "You were the <br /> ® pinnacle of planners.
