Mr. <br /> ® Kelley designed an access management plan of SR 80 in the vicinity of Loxahatchee Groves. The project <br /> limits included many of the local roadways located within the Town of Loxahatchee Groves. The project <br /> ® included projecting future development and traffic within the area as well as intersection operational <br /> ® analysis. <br /> ® International Harbor, Riviera Beach, Florida. Mr. Kelley performed shared parking analysis for a private <br /> ® developer utilizing the Urban Land Institute's Shared Parking Handbook. Additionally, Mr. Kelley has <br /> ® provided queuing analysis and traffic engineering recommendations regarding driveways and turn lane <br /> requirements. Project is currently on-going. <br /> Foundation Park Boulevard Extension Feasibility Study, Malabar, Florida. Prepared a feasibility study <br /> for the extension of Foundation Park Boulevard located in the Town of Malabar. The scope of the project <br /> 0 <br /> included trip generation, trip assignment, and microscopic traffic simulation. A final report was prepared <br /> ® that also included recommendations for the ultimate right-of-way and roadway cross section necessary to <br /> accommodate the future commercial development in the area. <br /> ® Bonaventure Boulevard Roundabouts Safety Study, Weston, Florida. Mr. Kelley performed a safety <br /> ® study for the conversion of the intersections of Bonaventure Boulevard at Saddle Club Road and Blatt <br /> ® Boulevard from all way stop control to roundabouts. The project consisted of traffic operational analysis, <br /> crash analysis,and benefit cost analysis for both the existing and future conditions. <br /> ® Hiatus Road Safety Study, Cooper City, Florida. Mr. Kelley performed a safety study for the intersection <br /> of Hiatus Road at SW 55th Street located in Cooper City, Florida. The project consisted of analyzing crash <br /> ® data, traffic volumes, and speed data. Several different mitigation and traffic calming measures were <br /> ® identified as a result of the analysis. Recommendations including the advantages and disadvantages of <br /> each mitigation alternative along with a general preliminary cost estimate were presented to the City. <br /> ® Waterview Traffic Study, Miramar, Florida. Prepared a traffic impact study for the proposed Waterview <br /> ® development to address access concerns along Douglas Road. The proposed development consisted of <br /> converting an existing on-site golf course into 304 single family homes and 320 apartment units.
