Chen Moore and <br /> • expansion plans for over 2 /2 miles of Associates is the prime consultant and was <br /> • sidewalk within an existing wooded estate responsible for providing surveying, planning, <br /> residential community and within close geotechnical investigation, design, permitting, <br /> • proximity to Pinecrest Elementary School. The preparation of construction documents, bid <br /> O design included traffic/roadway modifications, and award and construction engineering and <br /> ADA grading considerations along with a inspection services for infrastructure <br /> • significant effort to balance the Miami-Dade improvements within the public right of way <br /> ® County Public Works specifications with the areas of the City Center neighborhood of <br /> residents' requests to protect the existing Miami Beach. The project encompasses <br /> 0 mature tree canopy. The project included approximately 24,000 LF of ROW <br /> O rights-of-way within the Village of Pinecrest infrastructure improvements including water <br /> O and the City of Coral Gables.
