0
® 2)Existing available topographic information
® CMA shall utilize existing available LIDAR data to review elevation data within the project area. A
preliminary assessment of the LIDAR data completed to identify low elevation points and general runoff
® characteristics of the project area.
® 3)Existing property/parcel information
® CMA will utilize existing available GIS parcel and County data to obtain existing property/parcel data.
® 4)Soil data/geotechnical reports
® CMA will coordinate with ourgeotechnical subconsultants and County staff regarding general subsurface
conditions in the area including general exfiltration rate values for preliminary evaluation of proposed
® solutions.
®
5)Aerial photographs
® CMA will review existing aerial photographs of the project area and note the proximity of available
outfall locations; existing outfall locations; existing above ground utilities to be coordinated; existing
® area property developments; existing landscaping/trees that will need to be coordinated for the
® implementation of the proposed project;existing traffic control of the project area;etc.
® 6)Site specific field visit
® . CMA will conduct a site specific field visit of the project area. Example items that will be noted during
the and require coordination and review during project design and construction include:
® ■ Existing outfalls for drainage
® ■ Existing stormwater structures, sanitary structures, fire hydrants and above ground utilities
® ■ Existing general development including building locations and right-of-way data
• Existing low elevations holding standing water
® ■ Existing trees and landscaping
® ■ Existing Bus Transit routes
® • Existing speed bumps
• Additional streetscape components to be considered along the corridor such as areas to address
® current ADA code requirements; current pavement marking and signage code requirements;
® pedestrian crosswalk requirements; implementation of traffic calming measures, etc.
® In addition to reviewing existing available information, CMA will conduct a project-specific site visit to
® identify features that may not have been identified in existing documentation and to review conditions
as they exist today. Based on a site visit and review of existing data, CMA can supplement the existing
® data with only the required additional information, thereby providing an efficient and cost effective
® existing conditions analysis of the project area. Additional information that is typically requested
® includes additional survey data and site-specific geotechnical information, which would be provided
by our subconsultants.
et
A
CH EN:MO P RE RIO No.12-04-02 Continuing Professional Architectural&Engineering Services Firms Only(CCM)
® Category Civil Engineering 4-3
6ASSOCIARS
