He has designed and permitted a vast number of <br /> projects, ranging from stormwater structures and surface water management; boat ramps, docks, <br /> marinas and shoreline stabilization; residential, commercial, industrial and recreational development; <br /> and roadway, interchange, and bridges. He is experienced in all project aspects from design and <br /> master planning to permitting, construction inspection and compliance monitoring. He brings his <br /> experiences of design from all parts of the state as well as nationally. Mr. Todd also coordinates site <br /> plans with architects to provide well designed multifaceted projects.
